OQHA Media Policy for the All American Quarter Horse Congress

September 19th, 2016

All journalists/photographers/videographers covering the All American Quarter Horse Congress must apply for media credentials. All persons wanting media credentials for the 2016 All American Quarter Horse Congress must apply by September 26.

Requests for credentials must be made via the Media Credential Form on AAQHC’s website, or in writing on company letterhead by the commissioning general manager, editor, news director or sports director, and must include the names and titles of those needing credentials. If a request is made in writing on company letterhead, OQHA must subsequently receive a completed Media Credential Form verifying agreement to comply with this policy.

To read the full AAQHC Photography and Videography Policy, visit the media resources page at www.quarterhorsecongress.com/media-resources.

OQHA/AAQHC Periodical and Brochure Distribution Policy
Starting in 2016, OQHA prohibits the distribution of magazines, periodicals or brochures on the Ohio Expo Center grounds during the All American Quarter Horse Congress unless they are an official communication tool for one of our corporate, event, alliance or alliance partners.

Distribution of magazines, periodicals or brochures without express written consent from show management is expressly forbidden. Distribution fees may apply. OQHA may request a copy of the magazine or brochure prior to granting permission. For inquiries, contact OQHA Marketing and Communications Director Danielle Stephenson at dstephenson@oqha.com.
