NRHA Rider Kelle Smith

The All American Quarter Horse Congress is saddened to hear of the passing of National Reining Horse Association rider Kelle Smith. Kelle passed on November 28, 2022, while in Oklahoma City, Okla. for the NRHA Futurity.

Kelle was a fierce competitor, winning multiple titles and awards, including two NRHA Futurity Non-Pro championships. Kelle and her horse See Ya Seven competed this past weekend and earned a spot in yet another NRHA Futurity Finals event. The NRHA held a prayer service yesterday evening.

The All American Quarter Horse Congress and the Ohio Quarter Horse Association would like to extend its deepest condolences to Kelle’s family and friends at this time.
